Here is my latest...
I know there's a problem with the "E" in "Kenwood" (I need to subdivide the "E" so that the light can reflect on it properly).
Could you help me with the following:
I wanted to use as a texture only the writings ("power", "volume", "setup", etc). That is to say: leaving the background as Zero Alpha in Photoshop, then applying it onto my model (which already has an nkData mat), so that only the bits of text are used, and not the background on which the text is written.
But I didn't achieve to do so...
If I work on the original picture, deleting everything but the writings, I can't use the background as Zero Alpha - Indigo translates it as white background (I think), and thus I can't use the nkData material...
So... I had to actually MODEL each bit of text, thus adding many many many vertices to my model...
Any idea on this one?
(I hope you understand my problem)
Simply put: how can I apply text onto a material, without havign to model it...
Thanks for your comms and answers!!!
