Normals problem on the water surface.

And again, credit for the water material goes to ColCoolJ

EDIT: In fact, it looks like you should turn off smoothing on the water as well, and intersect the mesh with the walls.

a render is only as a good as the model

True, and I'll be honest here, my modelling isn't as good as alot of people here..
