Indigo 0.9 test 6

Post by OnoSendai » Mon Aug 13, 2007 12:45 am

32 bit build:

http://www.indigorenderer.com/joomla/in ... &Itemid=62

x64 build:
http://www.indigorenderer.com/joomla/in ... &Itemid=62

This build is mainly to try and get it working on everyone's computers.
vcredist.exe stuff shouldn't be needed.

changelog:
0.9 test 6
* added 'auto_choose_num_threads' option to inifile and RendererSettings.
This option is on by default. Exporter writers - please leave it on thx.

Let me know if it works!

Thanks, anyway test 5&6 (32bit) on linux + wine 0.9.43 (with or without "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)") don't works ("MSVCR80.dll" failed to initialize).
No problem with test 4.

thx Ono !

About num threads stuff, wich setting overrides the other (between auto or not) ? Actually my bet is that auto rules ;)

Seems to work here (win2k) !

auto_choose_num_threads overrides everything else.
