Found one "bug"

It's more a problem than a bug...

Instancing:
1 Mesh that is applied to multiple objects.
I subdivided the objects 2 times...
but sometimes, I oversaw some meshes, that just had subdiv 1 instead...
-> no error, no fullstop and close window, no warning, but an infinite export time... more or less ;)

Can you add an error message for that, that imediately will stop exporting?

Hi all,
Using 'None' environment, my scene contains both lights (even 1 sunlight), and emitter materials, then exporting seems ok, but I get this Indigo error:

'Scene must contain at least one light source'

Any other environment works ok.

With none environment, you don't need emitter materials in the blender sense. You need meshlights, in the indigo sense. Select the object you're using as a meshlight, choose the material (in the blender buttons) to use as a light emitter and choose "Light" type material in blendigo.

Blendigo has to get every single Blender Material defined as an Indigomaterial...

If you just want to use Blender internal mats, to set the scene up, you should try Wedges exporter...

It's a bit harder to work with it, but it also is a bit faster...

You decide, what you prefere ;)

It's in the Render menu.

@BigFan:
does the preset feature already work in your code?
It's possible that blendigo is a bit slower but from my experiences it should be faster than the half (around 80% i think).

@drBouvierLeduc: yes menu has changed since lest release. It's in the "render" menu now.

For me, the script didn't show up, not even in the "Render" menu. I edited the .py to put the script back to "Export" group, and it worked.

I think the problem has something to do with the error message I get when I launch Blender :

Compiled with Python version 2.4
'import site failed', use -v for traceback
Checking for installed Python.. No installed Python found.
Only built-in modules are available. Some scripts may not run.
Continuing happily.

So, what's that ? Do I need to install something else than just Blender to run Python scripts within Blender ??
Thx in advance for help.

That error message simply means you don't have python 2.4 installed

And do you have it installed, you whose Blendigo script appears correctly in the Render menu ?
