Fancier blend shader - blend factor controlled with FBM ISL shader, children are brown diffuse and metallic phong.

Coating material is not done yet, will do soon. Also bump/normal support is not finished.

It's a very simple scene with a single material. The real challenge is preserving that kind of samples/second on more complex scenes.
