I'll finish up the documentation to describe the current Blendigo. However - in my opinion Blendigo could do with a user interface uplift. I've been taking a look at various other blender plugins and i've got some ideas:
Hide away some of the settings under expandable/collapsable sections.
Merge together logical units - for example film iso applies only to camera tonemapping so should be on that page.
Reduce the top row of buttons to one row.
Make the mesh subdivision tab say what mesh is currently selected.
Replace the bottom row of buttons with buttons that are somehow more obvious. (default.igs does what??)
Enable binary mesh export for More Speed.
Standard spacing and alignment for the controls so that it looks less crazy.
It'd be nice to make blendigo a lot tidier and easier to learn - especially for new users - but, I'm not a Blendigo power user and I don't want to make Blendigo worse to use for most users.
What would you like us to fix in terms of User Interface? Are there any subtelties about using Blendigo that I may have missed?

Well, everything you just listed seems good.

Re: Improving Blendigo
It's not resonable (for now) because of new Blender release 2.5 is coming soon
and Blendigo should be overwritten for the new engine
