First go to arroway (http://arroway.de/textures/05/en/index.html) and download the sample texture for "stone 43" (in "classic stones"). That's the one I used.
The settings were as follows:[/quote]

You want me to translate the parameters in "skindigo language"?

Hi Pibuz,
1_I see the R,G,B values are less than 1: did you apply a sort of desaturation?
The albedo texture overrides the RGB values so they don't matter here.
2_The A and C values of the exponent map are default?(i assume the B value controls the exponent value admitted for the white pixels)
Yes, the A value is the default value. Not too sure what it does to this day. The C value does control the exponent of the white pixels, although Blendigo caps it at 10,000, which I'm not sure was intended. C is for the black pixels. I set the gamma at 2.2 since it's set at 1 by default.
3_The indigo mat "GLOSSY+METALLIC" is a preset, or a brief explaination of what a PHONG shader is?
Just a brief explanation AFAIK

Hi,

impressive work and thanks for sharing the stone texture...

Would you mind sharing your water texture as well? ;)

Thanks in advance...

Sure. The water map is mine so I don't mind sharing it. It's not on this computer, though. I can upload it tomorrow.

@ ousmee

Once you've fixed the black leaf area issue, you could demonstrate your gratefulness by sharing the skp model

Thank you for the bump map Bbb!
I've some problems finding proper water bump textures: con you suggest me a site, or post some of your favourites, or teach me how to make my own?

I made this one myself using several images from cgtextures.com

They have a water section, though not all the images are really useable.

You're right, good ones are really hard to find.

One option, I imagine, would be to use Terragen 0.9 (or 2), create a water plane and render it with the camera pointing straight at it from above.

As far as teaching, I'm not sure there's anything to learn really.
For this map, I downloaded lots of water photographs and pasted them like a patchwork in Photoshop, trying to smooth the seams.
Then I desaturated the image and applied a Highpass filter to get rid of the highlights.
Now that I think of it, I'm sure Terragen would be a better way, though. I'll give it a try some time.
