Please Help! Rendering Freezes/Black Screen Problem (Mac)

Hello,

I encountered a problem with the skindigo plugin for Sketchup. I am using the trial version and when i go to render, Indigo freezes and only renders a black screen with the Indigo watermark in the bottom corner. I really need to get this fixed as I wanted to use this for an architecture presentation

Is there anyway to fix this? I have exhausted all options and am new to Indigo.

in the render settings tab on the right hand, change the drop-down menu to render log to see if the scene has really stopped. Perhaps are you using subdivisions ? Too many of them can use more memory than available.
