Partly...
I'm drowning into my daytime work.
For example today i have to work all night long in order to deliver 2 exterior visualisations by 9am tomorrow morning

@suvakas

... this sounds somehow familiar.

Erm, ... btw. would you mind to "opensource" your plugin, so others like
vansan or who has time could work on it? Or is this something you want
to avoid, for what ever reason ... hehe.

I'm just asking, because I see it a lot, ... and I mean a lot, that 3dsmax
guys tend to encrypt their stuff so other ppl, "don't steal" it. It's just a bit
funny that almost all other exporters are not using encryption. Maybe
because it's not possible ... *LOL* ... well, just my two cents. ;o))

I appreciate your work a lot, but I have to say it would be good if you
could share the work a bit, so you're not on your own. Anyway, I wish
you success for your task and a good night! :D ;)

Thanks, It's 3am and I'm soo exhausted. I still have the whole environment work to do. 3D doesn't seem fun at the moment :?

About the source..well..it has been asked quite a fiew times in the past.
This is my answer from some old thread (i still think like that):
suvakas wrote:Ok. A lot of you have been asking the code lately. Here's the deal...
The source will be free if i get bored or stop the development, but not at the moment. I don't like to work on the same code with multiple persons. It's more fun for me and less pressure, when i do it alone. The whole exporter has been born because i was having fun 8) . So please guys, stop asking the source. I will release it some day, but not now.
Maybe some of you are afraid, that the same situation, that happened with U3dreal exporter, will happen again. I can assure you, that it doesn't. I will release the code, when I get too bored to continue! ....or if i change my mind and I actually DO want to have somebody to help me. :)

I hope this clears things out a bit.

Thanks for the quick answer mate! I guess I missed this thread. ;o))

And keep your head up! I know from myself, if work gets hard ...
... then I'm glad not to sit at the PC at home and do 3D or, well just
the usual PC stuff. Then I do enjoy other things! So as I said, keep
your head up, after work sleep well and then go out and do something
or meet friends and stuff, but keep away from the PC for some hours!

Just a lil piece of advice. It will keep you young and healthy! ;o))

I finally got some free time today and I added the basic IES support to Maxigo using standard Max photometric point lights. Still needs some refining, but the main stuff is done.
