Help! Please take a look at my rendering, the glass is wrong

Hi, I'm new guy, I use sketchup to build this model then expert to blender 2.45, after 2 hours rending by blenderindigo, some window glass is totally black, what's problem? Can someone help me?

Did you make sure all your normals point outside?

Also, you may wish to export directly to Indigo from Sketchup. (Dunno how sketch exposes with normals though)
