blender error

Hi to all.
i want to try install indigo exporter on my computer. everytime i try to install exporter via blender addons it gives me error message (see the picture). if i paste indigo in to script folder, it freeze whole blender and i must reinstall it. please help me find solution.
blender 2.58a x64 win7 pro x64
exporter 3.0.14.0

It seems that perhaps some part of your system (username?) contains non-ascii (with accents etc?) characters and perhaps also the blender/python support for that is broken.

However, the error mentions character code 0xFD, which seems like an unlikely character to be using for a file name or file path?

I'm not so sure really where the error is to be honest.

ok. so a try to place exporter to root "folder" to eliminate character problem, so filepath was c:/"blendigo". and here is again same problem: whole blender freez and must be reinstall. where can i find some error post or somethink like...
