type 'a' - select all, than 'ctrl+a' to apply for all objects in your scene.
which verison of Indigo and exporter you use?

A know blender commands!!!
After ctrl+a I'm get message:

Can't apply to a multi-user mesh...
What is "multi-user mesh"?
Alt+D?
I'm try to use 0.7test3 beta1 exporter
