Hi,
I am new to the Indigo Renderer
I am unable to install the Blendigo exporter on Blender 2.48a.
I am receiving the following message when trying to install with the Windows Installer Blendigo_v109.exe:
Indigo not found in!
If somebody Knows what to do I would be much obliged.
Thanks in advance,
Avi

Because you specified the wrong directory?
You have to select the directory where indigo.exe is found. Or else it won't work.

Hi Borgleader,
I have tried to specify the directory that contains indigo.exe
Now I receive the follwing message when trying to install Blendigo:
Blender not found in c:\program files\Blender Foundation\Blender\Indigo_v1.0.9_3!
If I were to try to put the content of the Indigo_v1.0.9_3 in the Blender directory this can be problematic due to some *.dll files that overlap.
Much obliged if you have a solution.

Simply uncompress Indigo at C:\
Then modify the "IndigoWrapper.conf" file (that needs to be placed in blender's "bpydata" directory) with a text editor and adjust the path according to your directory structure.

The exporter is rather "straightforward". I love it. You can try the "Conv" button if you,re not sure how to re-create your blender mats into indigo mats. although most settings are the same and i usually never bother changing the blender settings. I only create one set of mat settings, the indigo ones.
