V6 - Is this normal?

I'm still new to indigo, have tried v5 and playing with v6, what I'm not to sure is these two renders, one done with indigo_06_test1 and the other with indigo_06_test4, I haven't tried indigo_06_test3 but I think it gives same result as indigo_06_test4, they are exactly same scene and same rendering time (aprox 10 minutes) and there is quite a bit of brightnes in one from another, here are imgs.

NOTE: Both are rendered in linux using wine

Sorry for dumb questions but I'm not sure if something in code changed and I am supposed to set up lights differently.
