Thank you for Indigo!

Post by zeitmeister » Fri Feb 01, 2013 12:22 am

Guys,
doing severeal exteriour renderings at the moment with 8 30kx30k textures, 500.000+ instances, heavy polygon displacement in 8000x6000 pixel resolution...
and Indigo runs perfectly.
That simply rocks.
Thank you for providing this great software!

Just wanted to say that.
Keep on rocking, guys!
Cheers, David

I only can second that, Indigo became my favorite working tool and the one I use most for my commercial Jobs.
If I had problems with projects you were always listening and provided fixes and new features, so I could finish my stuff in time!
So you guys are the reason why I can earn money ^^

Maybe there are other Render engines out there with different strengths, but your development was always close to the needs and requests of the community and Indigo builds are provided fast!

Stay that community friendly and fast in development, since that is a strength that "bigger" Render Engine Teams often lost!

Cheers

haha zeitmeister, i know you from vray forum ;)
nevertheless I second your compliment!
I'm yet using 3D software as support for my studies and as freelance to improve my income though, I love indigo for beeing the best supported software i know, concerning support and user-friendliness.
espacially bug fixes and workflow improvement!!!
everytime i'm reporting a bug or mentioning any improvement i feel like a team of this community and the development of this software!

best regards :D
