I just ran into the same problem on my cluster. I'm using V1.0.9 on linux and I set the haltspp to 200 and it's still going strong at over 300. Indigo did see the command when it started:

Code: Select all

Starting server on port 7777...
Setting halt samples per pixel to 200.00000 samples per pixel
Using base Indigo directory path '.'.
And here is a current snapshot of the process:

Code: Select all

Display took 20.05922 s
Time elapsed: 13 m, 9 s
Done 321920000.00000 samples (349.30556 samples per pixel)
407841.56385 samples / second (2.45193 micro-seconds / sample)
Receiving frame from 10.0.0.2:
	num_samples: 10350000.000000
	width: 2564
	height: 1444
Frame received. (lock wait time: 0.00 s, transfer time: 0.81 s)
Applying diffraction filter...
	Done.
Very strange.

Interesting, I just re-ran it but instead of using the command line parameter, I set the haltspp in Blendigo and it worked. :) Something must be broken with the command line parameter.

Well something must be different, either it's the linux version or I didn't put the parameter in the correct spot, or ... ?!?

Either way I have found a way that works.

I retry with indigo GUI and command-line and the render doesn't stop. :?
