DoF and Instancing
DoF and Instancing
It seems, that when using multiple instances there is no DoF. First I thought it is due to the <autofocus/> but when i removed it and tried even an aperture_radius of 0.5 nothing happened.
No prob with instancing and dof here, perhaps a scale problem, be sure to work with real value as possible, it help of anticipation of what dof will look, remember that indigo working unit is meter.

P.S.: Be sure to correct the focus distance correctly, don't know what exporter u used
P.S.2: Sorry for my english

No, smaller.
If his scale was for example 1 cm per unit, DoF (technically, less depth of field) would appear to be very wide, even at large apertures.
Increasing his scene by 100x would make the DoF appear correctly, in relation to "sensor", lens length, and aperture (as circle of confusion is dependent on these factors).
