i dont think 2 lines of code me can damage Nicks work......if someone realy need to hack or modify or decrypt their code its really easy to make this(for thoose who understands....)

I know that's an exaggeration on your part - you mean 15 or 20 lines, a complete function of some sort, maybe. My point still stands.

Ono has been very forthcoming about what papers he's used to implement things, and if you had specific questions, he'd be (dare I say) happy to answer - he seems like that kind of guy. :)

There is something alike in the book "The Endless Story" written by Herman Hesse (also writter of Siddhartha, must read). I don't remember what these monkeys were supposed to write tho, not sure that was a raytracer... but forget the movie(s), read that book, it's really magical ;)
