Hi:
I downloaded SkIndigo 1.0.9 for SketchUp.
I followed the instructions from the
installation.txt file, I copy the files to my Plugins folder.
When I open SketchUp (6 Pro[Windows]) It asks for the location of:
indigo.exe
That file is not on the zip file I downloaded, after I cancel I get the following message:
Error Loading File SkIndigo_1_0_9.rb
cannot convert nil into String
Help.
Thanks.

Uhm yeah... What about installing indigo itself first?
SkIndigo is only the bridge between sketchup and indigo

Ok that makes sense, I thought it was only a plugin.
Thanks PureSpider

Hi Juvard,
Open the Ruby Console Window before you try to render and then post any error messages that you see.
Thanks.

The problem is likely due to installing Indigo in your Program Files folder. If you move the Indigo installation to another location, such as C:\Indigo109 you may have better luck. Basically, anywhere is better than in the Program Files folder!

It seems that skindigo can't take white spaces in it's paths, but there is no other limitation on where you can put Indigo.

You obviously aren't a Vista user...
Vista does not like apps writing to the Program Files directory.

Yeah I agree since I changed my xp to vista many of my programs don't work properly, even my wireless network connections not working anymore I need to wired to connect. Anyways, go back to Indigo, how long it will take to render a 600x400 image from sketchup average, because yesterday I start rendering my very first trial and it takes forever it doesn't stop until this morning I started 5pm yesterday after 14 hrs I stopped it because I feel its not normal so I decided to terminate the program, what wrong in my setting?
