I know this question has been around for some time, but I couldn't find any proper explanation.
Is it possible for Indigo to have more render layers, such as z-depth , shadow, reflection ( like in Maxwell) or any
other?
I know there's "mat id" which gives some flexibility in editing the output image but I think it's still not enough.

..some more NPR render passes would be good, in my opinion too..

Some Render passes could be used from your base 3D app like z-depth, alpha object ID etc. (maybe not in Sektchup -.-')
But what I would like to see is that Indigo could render the material ID and Alpha passes along with the basic image!
Recycling the actual render data to build up these passes instead of the need to start another rendering...
Also the IGI shouldn't be so freaking big for such flat colored easy to compress data (zipping with lowest performance setting already does big magic here!)

And on top of that, a per-layer/per-pass rendering controls with selective removal/addition for each pass without interrupting others
