Photomatching render come out cropped

When I match a model to a photo, and then start to render, indigo crops the render by about 30%.
I don't know what to do here.

That is a very weird issue. Do you have a proper camera set up in sketchup?

When you save the image, does it have those black borders, or is that just the Indigo background?

Did you by any chance previously use region rendering?
