Can't render more than one light?

I posted my latest render over at Blenderartists, but now the front of the counter seems that it isn't getting enough light, even though I added 8 more, larger lights. Also, where is the igmesh file? And great job on the 93 Tram 2 render on the home page!

Look like it works for me. I didn't change the lamp material, but all the other object did assign to simple light-gray Oren-Nayar.

By the way, which Blendigo/Blender/Indigo do you use?

I am using blender 2.49, Blendigo 2.2 (stable), and Indigo 2.2.12, 64 bit.
