Bed

Post by rikokun » Tue Oct 10, 2006 2:03 am

Can someone tell me, why is Indigo acting like this? :
Image
I'm using Blender 2.42 and i was trying to render the picture in versions 0.5 and more. It still looks like this.
It's subsurfed and smoothened meshes. I tryed to turn off smoothing, but that make it even worse... T_T
Hint anyone?

Remove doubles and recalculate normals outside. That usually fixes problems of that nature for me.

Hmm...Are you trying to put a texture on the bed? I can't think of what would be doing this, aside from one other thing. You said the mesh was subsurfed? Try applying the modifier (converting it completely to a mesh; make sure to make a copy and move it to another layer in case it needs to be edited).

Two new WIP pictures. Again, the pillow have sort of outline for some reason... I will have to model it again.

Ok, i have set it up to .8 .8 .8, but i don't know if it works, cause it's not that much visible on current render. But there is something wrong with closet doors... Hope i will not have to remodel the closet T_T
If it will not be working, i will do just the doors from other mesh.
