Shit, you know what I see? the diffuse+bump+sunlight problem on that pillow in the sunlight.

By the way are these 1.09 renderings or the 1.1.2 ones, i ask because i also have heavy problems with fireflies in 1.0.9.

looks beautiful BbB! my only complaint with the model would be those Mexican Palms. The trunks look way too fat [broad, thick, massive] for the fronds and height above. other than that, simply beautiful. very very nice lighting!
