A small (baby size) suggestion. The baby's torso should be a little smaller. I'd say the baby is more toddler size than a carpet crawler. Reducing the torso would make the head larger, as it is now it looks a little smaller than what a baby's head is relative to it's body.

I think Kram's alluding to the very faint line that cuts across the tiles in the foreground. I think they're due to your cloud bump map not tiling properly. You should have a look at it.

But it's extremely subtle and doesn't bother me. This is a nice pic. The tiles are all modelled, aren't they? They're very convincing!

For the tiles , yes it s modeled ...
