Having trouble after set ENVIROMENT MAP exr file!

While i set the Enviroment map exr file type, the rendere is become only blac, therefore i have to switch the Tone Mapping Method to linear instead of camera, but after swtich to linear, i can set all the light layer lumen correctly, it seem that no different even when i adjust the power of the light.

This problem is been bother me for more than 8 months ago, i still dont have any solotions to settle this, i've been try all those method that is gaven by all the people on this forum, apprently is still not ok! can anyone help me to find out this problem!

Hi williamhhf, I assume you tried higher iso values or EV adjust already? With camera tonemapping, you have to set those manually.
