Render region in Skindigo

Post by Pibuz » Wed Jan 16, 2008 11:24 am

So, I see that in the newest release, Indigo supports the render region feature. I'm not an expert, so excuse me for the noob question: is this feature going to be integrated in SkIndigo?
It should be very useful, don't you think? :D :D

Sorry again if it's not the right time and place..

Um..ok :)

You better start using camera tonemapping because Reinhard does not work properly with region rendering :(

Hi Whaat!

..so, i will try and study the camera tonemapping, no problem :D
It will be still possible, btw, to make the pre rendering (region) with the camera tonemapping and the definitive version with reinhard, isn't it?

I think one of the things i love most in Skindigo is the auto-exposure feature of reinhard tonemapping.. Terrific idea! Soooo useful!
