Hi,
I am trying to render a simple sketch up scene on my mac book pro just for testing and after 30m the results are poor - I just get a blurry image. Please see the attached file. I have literally just drawn a model in sketch up, added a wooden texture and hit render and then left it. How come the render doesn't really show the wood texture and is blurry?
Thanks for your time and help.
Kind regards
Karl

Re: Noob query
As for the blurriness of your render, I would check your camera options, mostly focus point and f-stop. As far as the textures go, I have no clue working with SketchUp.
Re: Noob query
Thanks for your reply. I made a school boy error. My model was very small compared to the texture. When I increased the size that solved the problem.
Re: Noob query
Check your model scale, the image looks like your room is at the scale of some millimeter?

Re: Noob query
Yes, your scene is probably extremely small - or else your f-stop value is very low for some reason.
