Hey fused finally I could take a look on your beta3 preview.
The New C4D phong sensitive OBJ generation is totally awesome, works perfect for me!
Also the multi material assignment on Meshes is a great step to allow a easy and fast conversion to Indigo Ready Scenes! Wonderful!
I checked you beta3preview for bugs, but mostly just found killed ones

So most Bugs are still from beta 2, I sum them up here too to keep an better overview:
Bugs
1) Texture path don't get exported, the exported igs always seeks them directly in the same folder the igs file is in.
2) Phong Mats that uses exponent_maps should get the exponent field disabled, because its getting ignored if you use exponent maps.
3) For Export & Run, if you change the path it gets ignored also the set path button doesn't work, new paths of indigo don't get saved!
4) Tiling of UVW Maps gets ignored.
5) Lighttype "peak" can have the following parameters (see manual!)
- peak_min
- peak_max
- peak_width
- base_value
- peak_value
*maybe this is outdated?!?*
6) If no Indigo advanced settings tag exists, the camera doesn't get exported.
7) Instances on Primitives seems not to work...
8 ) Scale for instances doesn't get exported.
9) Primitives taged with the light tag get exported using default_mat
10) For Henyay-Greenstein phase function RGB values for are possible too... check
here for a demonstration by master Ono himself ^^.
11) <exposure_duration> for the Camera can be set. Indigo default is 0.033333.
12) Exponent maps abc configuration etc. shouldn't show up for materials that don't have exponents (like diffuse or specular), even if there is an texture in the C4D material for this canal defined.
13) The Exponent Map ABC dialog shouldn't be displayed for mats that can't use such maps (even if "Glanzfarbe" in the C4D Mat is enabled)
Some trivial stuff
1) Materials that get defined but aren't used maybe don't need to be exported
2) Materials that are used but not defined cause Indigo to crash, because material definitions are missing (in this case maybe some pink warning mat should be used instead...)
3) "bih_tri_threshold" default value is 500000 and in Cindigo 800000.
4) Credits for the used Icons in the about box, also don't forget to update your version number
5) <shutter_open_duration> & <exposure_duration> should be disabled for reinhard tonemapping, because they only effect the result if linear is used (and camera tonemaping since 1.0.1!?).
Ideas
1) The Idea that indigo mats Influence the C4D mats is great, but for converting an existing C4D Scene into a exportable Indigo Taged Scene, influence from C4D mats to Indigo mats would be more interesting.
It would save some time if stuff like material Type, IOR color etc. hasn't to be transfered manually (some maybe even by guessing) to the Indigo material Tag.
A nice Idea would also be a Cindigo preview model, for all Mats that are assigned to an Indigo mat (atm you change all model previews to a sphere), so you easily can see what mat do you just indigoised
