It doesn't support that, but I'd like to see a huge step, instead of a small one, and soon get a version with implented MICROPOLYGON displacement :D

[EDIT]ed, due to the sound of the text: After rereading it, I noticed, that I wrote it, as if I'd program indigo :oops:

Hey folks,

I´d be in for some work if there is need for stupid typing jobs for external links like materials etc. .

Oh how I wish I´d understand a bit of c.o.f.f.e.e. to help with programming. And secondly I wish that my day had more than 24 hrs. Maybe someone will get Centauri-time set up as a new standard some day...

;)

Michael

@micha1138:

Hi fused!
on the other thread (the monitor pic) you mean the diffuse_transmitter mat are already implemented in the exporter: have you already uploaded the last exporter? can´t find it..

thanks!!
bye!

btw: i can also help with the italian translations (the strings, for ex.), or promoting the exporter in the italian c4d forum :wink:

a render of my sample scene:

Image

------------------

CINDIGO 0.8 - BETA 1.3

download exporter here (or below)

The file contains PC versions for R10 and R9. (R10 users will have to rename the "cindigo0.8.1.cdl_R10" to "cindigo0.8.1.cdl")

Mac version will follow soonish.

please tell me if you find bugs or have specific requests. i will try to fix/implement as fast as possible.

new in 0.8 - beta 1.3:

* Blend Material (have a look at the sample scene)
* diffuse_transmitter (have a look at the sample scene)

fixed-list 0.8 - beta 1.3:

* texture mapping again

known bugs/issues 0.8 - beta 1.3:

* sometimes you have to guess the right fields, didnt find out how to hide them yet
* normal problem with .3ds export (=> .3ds export disabled)
* normalization of Vertex Normals is disabled(doesnt work properly), indigo will do that for now :) (and it takes very very long)

please post bugs :!: :!:

a good tutorial can be found here (only german and italian, hope someone will translate it to english soon).

for an alpha-map you need only "Material 1" and "Blend Map"

"Material 2" will automatically be a null_material
