Indigo is unbiased, so there is no ray depth option. I think that some of your glassware may be intersecting the table it's on or something like that.

Apple's default editor, TextEdit, works fine for me. I can read all of those AOL search data things with ease.

Of course, it also depends on your RAM.

Hmm...Are you trying to put a texture on the bed? I can't think of what would be doing this, aside from one other thing. You said the mesh was subsurfed? Try applying the modifier (converting it completely to a mesh; make sure to make a copy and move it to another layer in case it needs to be edited).

Remove doubles and recalculate normals outside. That usually fixes problems of that nature for me.

Yes, set the sky gain to a very low value. Setting the sky turbidity low helps, also. Something like 1.7 should be fine.

Thanks, manitwo. I also found that I can put in the line <num_threads>2</num_threads> into the first block in the XML.

I see no numthreads option with this exporter, when version 0.6 is supposed to support multithreading. Is there a line I can insert in the XML for this?

I'm using Blender 2.42 with the exporter found in this thread.
