Wine Cellar Plus...
Still working on my Poser to Indigo workflow. Scene set up in Poser, exported to OBJ and hand edited IGS file for camera/lights/textures... The wine Cellar was a DAZ 3D weekly freebie, and the "plus" is DAZ 3D Victoria 4 model. Next time I'll get a bit more creative with models and scene set-up, thi...

Argh! - I got all excited but it doesn't want to run for me - are there some new dependencies that I mightn't have installed? I'm running Windows XP Professional x64 edition with SP2. No problems with the 32 bit builds, but when I start this build I get: "The System cannot execute the specified prog...

Okay, ended up scaling down her hands, and reposing slightly, turned the supersampling back up to 2 and let it render overnight... Also, her eyes are specular, but the skylight doesn't pick this up well. As this was originally just a test to see how easily I could bring across Poser characters into ...

Thanks for the comments: - I'll see what I can do about the eyes - I might need to change the lighting - I've done a test with meshlligts, and the eyes pick up the hightlights better - they seem to wash out with the skylight. - The hair - still needs some work - the grey is a highlight on the textur...

Playing around with a scene brought across from Poser. Exported to .OBJ and hand-edited XML  Eye surface/windows are specular, currently everything else is diffuse, except hair/eyelashes and lace on dress are diffuse/null blends. Skylight illumination. Rendered for ~4 1/2 hours, no postwork.

Well, I wrote a quick and nasty program to move the uv coordinates in my .obj file... I had to push anything between 0 and 0.05 up before the edge started to go away. I assume this would be dependant on texture map resolution, which makes it harder to work around... :( Also, how about some different...

UV Texture Coordinate Problem
I was setting up a scene with diffuse material blended with a null material (as a transparency map) and kept getting visible edges for the transparent material (as high-lighted - head.png) Set up a simple scene to figure out, and it appears that on UV texture, the V=0 is picking the same as V=1. In ...
