LED's on building facade...
I need to represend some LED inside or with-in a building skin "fabric"
I was thinking of using the maxingo scatter tool to scatter some small round spheres with a log segment count. These spheres would have an Emitter matrial with different colors assignet to them?
Would this work?

Re: SKYLIGHT - Sun Question
I noticed my renders are showing a sky. I there a way to get black or white backdrop for easy compositing or just for the sake of having a white of black backdrop?
The trick is that I still need eviroment lighting and sun.

UV / Texture issue - help - its probably something simple
I downloaded a materail from the library here just learn a little more and study them and apply them and such. However, I notice that If I apply them to my floor a "box" object, they seem to not render correctly. What I see in the 3dsmax display port in terms of texture size and placement do not mat...

Re: Interior Test, need assistance
oh wow, so I wonder what happens if I change the intensity values or other parameters (of the light). Maybe they just get ignored.
have you tried a render when the light object is OFF ? does it still cast light from the sun?
Indigo is so simple yet so complex I am really liking it.

Re: Interior Test, need assistance
Well you can use a SPOTLIGHT and assign it to be the SUN in Maxingo. I guess what you are saying is that IF I were to not assign such spotlight as a SUN then it twould not work.
