EnvMaps + Sun would rock!

Since atm EnvMap + MeshEmitter workaround doesn't work with interiors that use ExitPortals -.-'

Instead of increase render speed, would be nice to use GPU. I don't know how difficult it is, but tests are impressive...

Well OpenCL takes care of the floating point precision issue but the GPUs are still heavily starved for RAM. But that said I really don't now much about how indigo uses RAM so that may be a moot point too :)

I think taking 2GB of RAM as a working basis should enable a lot of GPU magic for a lot of Scenes!
It should be so simple like pressing a button: if scene calculations fit into the GPU RAM, so lets rock... otherwise keep it on the CPU Only.

It would be a waste of time starting to work on this first when some (affordable) 4GB GPUs arrive! Also don't forget the Marketing Bang of such a feature.... Indigo would be advertised for free over the net by a lot of sites!

What about baking texture to extract map with shadow, is it possible in the future? :D

For some kind of work, it could be an alternative to isometric render...
