Well, it's a first for me seeing someone comment on their own image but I suppose why not. It's a very good render, I've never seen a tripod of that design before I presume it's your own invention, very sci-fi and it does look top notch well done.

Looks like a nice model but I can't really get a feel for it with the direct front on angle you have used.

Looks nice, but I think your texture is bit off. Check out a few scenes from the movie. The tripods were made of a very alien looking metal. What you've got there looks a bit like black plastic..
