First cut of the techniques manual

We've uploaded the first few pages of the techniques manual. It describes the different material types and has a brief example of Indigo Shader Language. We're bringing someone on from late November to work fulltime on documenting Indigo - so look forward to the Indigo documentation filling out rapidly.

Thanks to purchasers of the Indigo Lifetime Licence over the past two weeks, we're approaching the last 30 licences.
