help! how to install cindigo?

Hi! guys im a noob here. need help with installing cindigo? i already downloaded the exporter. but i cant seem to find the installation manual? and guys is there a basic tutorial here like how to insert materials for your cinema4d scenes or how to make materials for indigo. really need your help guys. any suggestions? pls. =)
