This is not a bad scene but if you want some more suggestions on how to make it more realistic, here are mine:
* Every little detail should be modeled with accurate scale. The stool by the island looks too high and the chair in the background looks too small. The lower cabinets seem too wide especially compared to the fridge. Look at your fridge. Most fridges come out further than the base cabinet. Base cabinets are about 24" width. Yours seem wider but that might be due to the ....
* Very wide angle lens. The field of view seems so wide and it makes the room look so unrealistically long. It also makes everything seem a bit out of scale.
* Bevel your edges (especially the ones closer to the camera)
* The upper cabinets look wrong and I think this is mainly due to the fact that their is no delineation between the cabinet and the cabinet doors. You should model the doors separately and add a tiny gap between the doors and cabinet. You don't want it to look like a plain box.
