Excellent render Enrico!! Very photographic. The only thing that detracts from the image, in my opinion, is the handcuffs. They just look too toy like to me and so the image doesn't have the same emotional impact. If you were to thicken them a bit and have the central bar twice as thick as the others it would have a much more emotional impact I think. Here is a reverence image that shows what I'm thinking:
