[bug] -t numthreads broken

command line switch for number of threads doesn't appear to work in v9t9 and 1.0.1

works ok in v9t4 (the only other i have installed on this machine).

Perhaps auto_choose_num_threads is true?
Altho -t should really override auto_choose_num_threads.

ah yes, I think you're right there with the auto_choose...

and yes, I would expect any commands given on the command line to override any others.

can auto_choose.. be changed via XML ?
