But is it faster than Indigo? This renderer looks very good from the pictures indeed. Couldn't find the answer of my question on the Lux website. And are you gonna leave Indigo now or are you still going to be here on this website Radiance?

Ok i found the answer of my first question here. I'll post the link if anyone else has got the same question....

Nice, I have it on my PC, I rendered the testscene etc
seems quicker than I expected - 100 samples/pixel is cleaner than the norm compared to other renderers

I really like the look of the GUI and the ability to add/remove threads on the fly and pause the render etc. Also the way it updates samples and the image.

You just need a priority level setting, but for now I use my below normal icon shortcut :)

What would be great is if it is compatible to Indigos scene files, that way there would be no need to write new exporters. Or maybe a Indigo to Lux converter, I don't know Lux' scene files, but I think it might be quite easily done with Perl. We have some pretty good Indigo exporters already, so...
Anyway, nice job, as soon as there is a way to use C4D with it I will give it a try. :)
Are you intending to include GPU support into it again?

Ps: Yeah, it would be nice if the defs join forces.
