ok, i made a quick test.. it works fine.. i suggest you to put the model near the 0,0,0 coordinates. I don't see the reason why you should keep the glass on the windows, but i left it..
i always use a camera target, to have better control on the DOF.
I do mark the 'export settings to xml', to correct-change the settings of the .igs file quickly..
you can set the MNCR and the Max Depth low, for the tests, (check my file).
don't forget to insert the line <gamma>2.2</gamma>, after the material glass, otherwise Indigo gives you an error..

ciao!

:wink:

Sorry, ZomB, we posted at the same time.. :oops:

MNCR makes no difference to render speed as I proved with my render modes thread, but max depth does a little with glass/SSS :)

update!

-------------------------------------------------------

CINDIGO 0.9 - BETA 1

download exporter:
PC Version

(or below)

The file contains PC versions for R10 and R9. (R10 users will have to rename the "cindigo0.9.1.cdl_R10" to "cindigo0.9.1.cdl")

No Mac version to come, sry.

please tell me if you find bugs or have specific requests. i will try to fix/implement as fast as possible.

new in 0.9 - beta 1:

* no more object tag (normal smoothing is on if the object has a phong tag, if "visible in render" is of object doesnt get exported)
* new material tag (materials created with older versions might be incompatible)

fixed-list 0.9 - beta 1:

* gamma ;)

known bugs/issues 0.9 - beta 1:

* only UVW-mapping supported
* nurbs should be made editable
* rotation bug still there

please post bugs :!: :!:

a good tutorial can be found here (only german and italian, hope someone will translate it to english soon).

extraextra: a little baking tutorial

thanks fused!! :lol:

just a question: if i set a specular mat, transparent true, the default rgb absorption is 1,1,1. Shouldn't it be 0,0,0?

Hey Fused... A great release with a lot of new Features!!!

Poorly atm I've got no time for a "deep scan", but I'm sure the isn't much left to fix anyway :lol:

But I just discovered, that "Absorption Spectrum Type" and "Scattering Spectrum Type" can be set also to Peak and Black Body?!?
