Crash Indigo 0.8 stable
Crash Indigo 0.8 stable
Hello
I'm very new to Indigo and just followed the german basic tuturial for cindigo.
I installed the exporter 0.8.2 in cinema 4d 9.102.
I followed the instructions of the tutorial.
But if I load the exported igs- file into indigo 0.8 it crashes.
Here is the text of indigo monitor:
scene file path: 'C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Administrator\Desktop\Cindigo_Test_002.igs'
Using working directory path 'C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Administrator\Desktop'.
created world.

jep, could an RAM issue.
The Cindigo Exporter is still in a Beta status check here for a Buglist.
You'll maybe need to hand edit your exported igs a bit...
welcome to Indigo
++edit++
best to use latest cindigo and indigo versions!

@fused
does not work if I use a parametric plane without an object tag.
there comes another errormessage as you can see below.
what is "bidirectional" on a plane ? and what is a "finite area mesh" in cinema ?
can anyone translate that in german ?
I converted the plane in a polygonobject with an object tag an that worked.

Bi Dir is a render setting for Indigo it should speed up interior and Caustic renderings a bit (but it doesnt woork with an infinite floor!),
deactivate it if you really need an infinite floor using the indigo advanced settings in the Cindigo render tag.
btw: nice interrior!
