Hi, these bright points (or "fireflies" as they are often called) appear when the lighting situation becomes difficult, and there are a number of features in Indigo to combat the problem.
Before I get to that, it's worth checking if the glass in your scene is correctly modelled; it looks like there's only a single surface to the interface, which is physically incorrect and causes rendering problems. For more info on modelling glass correctly, please see this page:

Back to techniques for reducing the fireflies: this scene would probably benefit a lot from Glass Acceleration, which is designed to allow sunlight through panes of thin glass. I'd suggest enabling this in the bi-directional path tracing rendering mode (without MLT).
