You think the three spheres (concave lens) looks right? I dont.

wouldn't a sphere would be a convex lens, not concave.

Well silver you are right. But if you use 2 spheres to carve a solid block then you get a concave.

Doh,
Yeah, didn't look at the xml close enough to figure out that you're using a void material to create what would be a difference in constructive solid geometry.

Deus, what doesn't look right about it? Just curious.

Notice when viewed from the side that there is a taurus like rim around the lens. A typical concave lens doesn't have that. The rim is spherical rather than cylindrical.

Nice picture. Well I know. But the middle of the carveout would behave as a concave lens i think. I should have carved it from a cube instead. But it still seems wrong. It might be just me :)
