Hi Suvakas!
I have buy two copys also, one for Mac, another for Windows.
The Mac version is a bit of a let down, it runs under Wine, runs OK (no slowdown) but Wacom tablets doesn´t work.

Well, I´m struggling with rigging in Cinema 4D, and if Messiah Studio makes my life easier, as I suspect, then I´ll be happy enough.

you stated that the Mac version is a letdown because it runs under Wine. Are you sure that's not the Linux version ?

Hi Headroom.
Yes, I´m sure because I own a license of Messiah:Studio for Mac. This is the same solution PMG has chosen for LInux version. When you run Messiah:Studio for Mac, a special version of Wine boot, and only runs the Messia: Studio app. You can try the demo version, is the same as the full app.
The letdown of the Mac version comes not for Wine only, it can´t manage the Wacom tablets...

Thanks for the update! I don't see that information on their website but have to admit that I have not looked particularly hard. Nevertheless that information is quite a turn-off.

In that case it may almost be better to run it in a virtual machine like VMware Fusion in a Windows environment.

Well, Headroom, another update.
When you buy one license of Messiah:Studio, this license can be used either for Windows or for Mac. The license manager of Messiah:Studio leave you to install the license file on an USB pen drive, which you must plug in your computer every time you run Messiah:Studio. This license works with Windows and Mac version of the software, you can try both without pain.
Only one question remains: I´ve been incapable of install the license in the USB drive from the Mac version of Messiah:Studio, due to Wine use of Mac drives. So it´s a good idea to Install Messiah in a windows virtual machine, in case you don´t have a PC.
