Hi,
I modeled with Architectural Desktop and used Maxigo.
two questions:

1) Why are these problems of geometry? Normal are ok
2) if I turn the rails .... this error (the rails is complex , i try expoer geometry as 3ds or obj)

Try to turn normal smoothing off for the walls.
Can't help with the other error. Maybe see if there is such file and if your hdd is not full. You can also try to import it back to max and see if it loads fine.
