Are you trying to run indigo by "executing" your xml file?
You have to modify the inifile that comes with indigo and set its path to find the xml you exported from your 3d app. Something like this:
Then you just double click indigo's executable and the inifile will enroute it to find your xml.
Now, if you're using 3dsmax and any of the exporters available, you have to set up where to find Indigo's executable since Indigo gets launched automatically after the exporting process. In U3dreal's exporter, you have to modify the file m2i.ini and add your path to Indigo. Like this:
In suvakas' latest exporter, you'll find a section in the exporter's UI to set the path to indigo 07.
You have to modify the inifile that comes with indigo and set its path to find the xml you exported from your 3d app. Something like this:
Code: Select all
"scenefilepath" "testscenes\blender\tests\02_phong.xml"

After button pressing "render" such message SceneLoaderExcep takes off: TinyXmlWrapper: could not find element ´ normal_smoothin´in element ´ mesh ´ around line 4.....
Those recommendations which has given "afecelis" to me have not helped. And are not absolutely clear.
P.S.
I am sorry for the my English.

The exporter 0.616 is for Indigo 06. It doesn't work with newer versions.
I recommend you to use Indigo 07 final and latest Maxigo.
You can get the Maxigo from this thread:
http://www2.indigorenderer.com/joomla/f ... php?t=1180
There is also a tutorial video to get you started. I recommend you to check it out.
