3D Max 2010 Error

hi, iam really new to Indigo, and this is my first try, i installed Maxigo and exported an IGS file from 3D Max, but when i import it to Indigo i get the following error, please help me,

Error: Scene parsing error: failed to load XML doc from path 'C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator/My Documents/Mmr's.IGS': Error document empty. (Line 0, column 0.)

Seems like you're doing something wrong. Could you describe your steps exactly?

Have you read Maxigo manual?
