A real mirror isn't actually hard to model...
I'm not sure, what's the reflective layer, though. I guess, that varies.
The other layer is glass.
A mirror in general *only* has a reflective layer, though...
(metal ball or something like that)
that particle idea actually isn't that bad and could be done, if particles would be supported by indigo.
Real camera models exist, too.
